Sandbox theme – sidebar positioning

So, I want to create a theme based on Sandbox.

I managed to center the header, the menu, the container and the footer. Also, properly positioned “content”.

But my sidebar gives me a headeache. I want it inside the “container” but I don’t know how to position it (in the right).

The sidebar is composed from 2 “sidebars”, one called “primary” and the other “secondary”. How can I place them in the right side of the “content”?

I’m really frustrated. This is where my sidebar is placed now.
