    Hello. I connected woocommerce payments to a sandbox account but every test we do it gives this error: Sorry, it looks like there are no payment methods available for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternative arrangements.

    How can we resolve please?

    Hi @futureyoung

    This message can appear on the Checkout page when the PayPal gateway or Checkout buttons are not enabled.
    Third-party plugins such as currency switchers could also result in such a message.

    To better judge what could be causing this for you, we are interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report.
    The system report can be accessed from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
