    Hello to evrybody.

My problem is that i have two sites (netshop-eleousas.gr/aroma and aroma-dryos.gr) that are using the same database, the same files but they are not looking exactly the same. What am i doing wrong?

  • At the moment the aroma-dryos.gr is blank.

how did you use the same database for 2 sites?

It is blank now because i am uploading the files again.

Maybe i wasn’t correct – I made an addon domain (aroma-dryos.gr) from cPanel and i uploaded via ftp the same files as in netshop-eleousas.gr/aroma.

okay, so you mean the theme not the database.

    Yes, sorry for the mistake.

I did the same procedure with two other sites (with different themes) and it worked just fine.

yes you shouldn’t have any problems.

    I know that.

My questions is, if anyone can tell me WHY i have this problem.

please upload both of them to check.

In approximetaly 2 hours (i don’t know why it’s going so slow), aroma-dryos.gr will be up. I will post it here. Are you subscribed to the topic?

    aroma-dryos.gr is up again.

Sorry for the (perhaps) inappropriate question but are you from greece (dimitris33)?

On aroma-dryos.gr, you’re receiving 500 Internal Server Error for these three files: aroma/wp-content/themes/iva/css/aroma.css, aroma/wp-content/images/book-now.png, and aroma/wp-content/images/book-now@2x.png. Can you access your server’s error logs or can you ask your host if you can get access to the logs?

Sorry if i’m being silly but i’m new on wordpress – how can i access the error logs? When i access my files via ftp i see a file “error_log” – that’s it?

Why in netshop-eleousas.gr/aroma those files don’t cause problems?

Where is that file located? I suggest asking your hosting provider for the Apache and PHP error logs.

Why in netshop-eleousas.gr/aroma those files don’t cause problems?

That’s what we’re looking at the error logs for. 🙂

    In aroma’s server.

It refers only on some translations (i installed WPML to translate my site). Is there a possibility that this caused the problem?

You could temporarily disable all plugins and see if it helps, but it’s tough to know exactly how to proceed until we can see the Apache and PHP error logs.

I have accesss to my cPanel. Where i can find the error logs?
