same comments at all posts

I have a problem 🙁

my comments are crazy 🙁 at all my posts i see THE SAME comments from another post 🙁

yesterday were comments from another post, today i see this:

can you help me?

i must say that this happened without installing a plugin or somthing [as far as i remember]
