Salesforce add-on & Multi-language

Hi,

I’m integrating salesforce web to lead on my website,i will be using this pulgin to feed the data into Salesforce – https://wordpress.org/plugins/cf7-salesforce/.
The website is in 3 languages so is it possible to have the labels of each form in 3 different languages? so when i switch from English to Spanish it shows the form labels in Spanish?
There are 3 different forms and each of them asks for basic info such as name, email, location(geo-located but user can select from dropdown), subject(dropdown) and message.
