Site loads fine but after a few seconds the page drops the navigation bar and content leaving a large blank space. I have a banner and have sized to 594 X 550px as recommended. Any ideas why the site reacts this way? I have checked the html code and don’t see anything strange. Take a look at http://www.donnamsands.com to see how it loads. HELP!

– Your currently used “Immensely Theme” is not in the wordpress.org/themes/ directory: https://wordpress.org/themes/search/Immensely/

– Please contact the developer directly for support with your question. You’ll be more likely to find a good answer from them, for they have the access to its code. Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product. These forums are for free themes available in the WordPress theme directory at wordpress.org/themes/.
