Hello there,
Have you made sure that the theme you are using supports RTL languages?
Can you please visit Settings -> TranslatePress -> Advanced
Then, enable these features 1 by 1 in this order and try to see if it makes a difference. Disable them back if it makes no difference. Also please disable or clear the cache if you have any.
1. Fix spaces between HTML attributes
2. Fix broken HTML
3. Fix missing dynamic content
4. Disable dynamic translation
Best regards,
Cristian
Hi Christian,
Thank you for replying.
1) Yes It’s supported by the theme and the theme author has a demo of arabic language, and my friend translated the website without any problems but using another plugin.
2) I tried the steps you mentioned and still the same.
Hello,
If that’s the case, then it might be a compatibility issue between the theme and our plugin.
Can you let us know what theme you are using? I’ll like to test it on a local site as well just to make sure.
Best regards,
Cristian
Traveler Theme

P.S: I tried using another translator and it worked but honestly I prefer Translatepress so I would appreciate If you could solve the issue for me.
Hello,
It’s not a free theme, so we can’t really test it.
One thing you could do is to run a compatibility test.
You should disable all plugins (at least those you can since some might be needed for the theme) and only have the Traveler theme and TranslatePress activated on your site.
If the problem doesn’t disappear, then it’s a compatibility issue between TP and the Traveler theme.
Let us know how the compatibility test went.
Best regards,
Cristian
Hi Cristian,
Sorry for the delay!
I have tested it on my test weebsite and It worked perfectly!! then I tested on my main website and It didn’t work, even tested the other “supported by the theme” translation plugin and the same issue, any idea how can I solve this problem? I would like to use translatepress.
I have disabled the plugins 1 by 1 and left only the theme plugins and nothing changed..

Hello,
Can you explain me one more time what exactly is the problem?
You said “It’s missed up like the link I Included in the website”.
Do you mean as it goes to the default language when you access some links on the page?
Initially I thought that you had some problems with how the CSS looks on the TRL language, but after reading your first message once more, I’m staring to wonder if there is another problem.
If it’s the problem I described above, go to: Settings -> TranslatePress -> General and make sure “Force language in custom links” is enabled.
Sorry for not asking properly what the problem was.
Best regards,
Cristian
