RSS Validation Problem

    I figured out how to set up my RSS feed based on WordPress’s documentation. After running my RSS feed up against the feed validator at http://feedvalidator.org/, I fail validation at

    line 219, column 0: XML parsing error: <unknown>:219:0: junk after document element [help]

    <script src="http://www.google-analytics.com/urchin.js" type="text/javascript">

    My question is, what file in my template contains that google analytic line. I have looked all over, and can not find it. I would appreciate if anyone could point me in the right direction.
