RSS Sign Ups

All I want is a widget/plugin that shows the RSS icon to sign up to my RSS feed. Everything I find out there is for every other possible function except for this very simple thing.

Does anyone have any idea how to do this? I imagine it must be the most simple thing on the planet, yet I can’t find it.
