RSS on Static Page

I’m using WP 2.1.2, I’m interested in setting up a static page in WP that’ll include RSS feeds from my local newspaper.

Similar to this page, http://www.detroitbadboys.com/pistons-news/

I have the URL’s for the papers RSS feed, I’d just like to get the 10 most recent news items from each of them on that page.
