RSS HELP.. Basic Stuff

    HELP… Never looked into RSS before and want a simple frontpage for the site.

    My wordpress blog is located at /blog/ on my website currently the domain just auto-directs to the directory.

    I want to make a single page html which is the index.html of the website. But I want it to display either the latest or last 3 blog posts in a frame.

    I believe this is done with RSS?

    Can someone help?
