RSS Feed Not Working

    I recently moved my blog over from blogger to http://www.bestoffates.com
    I have a the Follow Me Widget on my right sidebar, where I have a place for readers to enter their emails and subscribe.

    My Feedburner feed name is bestoffates.

    When using Safari, I can put in an email address and it opens a window that has verification in it, then sends out a verification email. Though of all the test ones I’ve done, I’ve not gotten an email for the two posts I’ve done since, so I don’t know if that’s secretly not going through.

    But when using Explorer or Opera, after entering an email address a box pops up that says

    “The feed does not have subscriptions by email enabled”

    I’ve gone into Feedburner and verified that the email subscription is turned on, and since it workes in some browsers, I would assume the issue is on the side of my site, though since I’ve never successfully recieved an email update, maybe it’s a problem with my feed.

    [link moderated – if you have videos and tutorials that are helpful please submit them to http://wordpress.tv/ and use those links] Here is a screencast how to burn your Rss with feedburner, I guess you are almost there. Try to delete your feed account, and submit it again.

    Hey Kim – Thanks so much for responding!

    It took me quite a while (and watching the screencast twice) but I finally figured out the multiple tiny mistakes I’d been making – thank you so much!
