rss feed links

Well I fear this is a very stupid question but I have been reading and can’t seem to find the answer. How do I know what the actual link to my rss feeds are? for example this MAIN wordpress.org site has the rss feed links all over the place, like this comment thread. How do I know what they are for my categories? Thanks in advance!
