Your feed is generating every item twice. That’s causing the errors. That wouldn’t happen in core code so have you any plugins which hook into the feeds?
Hmm. I disabled this one feed plugin I had. Now I no longer see double <item> elements but it still doesn’t seem to work.

Hmm. I wonder if it is because I have YouTube embedded videos…
The other thing I noticed is that Bloglines doesn’t like the feed either. It says no feed was found when given the address: http://www.gochnauer.org/wordpress/index.php/feed

Why, yes I have had the exact problem. I can get the RSS “link” to work fine after I tweaked it to http://www.nobleandcompany.net/?feed=rss2 The important part I changed was the /?feed=rss2
But my address: http://www.nobleandcompany.net produced the code http://www.bloglines.com/sub/http://nobleandcompany.net which didn’t work. Maybe I will add the code above to see it that triggers something. Good luck – sorry I can’t be of much help.

The problem I am having myself is that the feed link at the bottom of my newly installed blog goes to
feed:http://www.organizedr.com/b/feed/
How do I fix that and why has it happened? I have created permalinks but it doesn’t make sense that I feed: is preceeding the feed link.

all work as feeds.
The errors though are ‘in the system’ so to speak so until those posts in the feed drop out of the feed you will have errors.
Does Bloglines take any of the above?
Podz, how come my RSS feed stopped updating via Bloglines when I switched hosting companies? How is that related?

Okay, oddly enough. The new feed stopped working as well. I’m thinking maybe it has something to do with Bluehost? In the meantime, I’m usuing feedburner, but I’d really like to be able to get my original feed up and working again.
Not sure if this is related, but I can’t seem to get the RSS feed bug to appear in the menu at the top of the browser. When I click on the RSS feed button on the sidebar I get it to work, because I added the ?feed=rss2 to that specific link. Same for the bloglines bug.
I am thinking I am missing some code for the site overall which is causing the feed recognition issues to begin with. Any idea where the root cause might lie? Thanks in advance.
