RSS Feed Error

I am getting the following error message when I try to check my feed from the IE tool bar;

Invalid xml declaration.
Line: 2 Character: 3

<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>

my website is http://www.BloggerNewbie.com and just as it says, very new to blogging so please bear with me. I have another site and that feed is fine. This feed was working but I like to “tweak” my website and get myself in trouble most times….
