RSS difference 1.0.2 and 1.2

I support 2 wordpress installations. One is running 1.0.2 and the other 1.2. The 1.0.2 version has the entire post listed in the RSS feed:
http://www.tuckova.com/wp-rss2.php
And the 1.2 installation truncates the posts:
http://newsofrecord.com/wp-rss2.php
Is there a way to *not* truncate the posts? I prefer to just send it all out there.
