    I manage a site with multiple users, the contributor/author less was sufficient for users to see what topics other users had written about. However, in the new build, this appears to have changed, they cannot see this unless they are Editor level?

    probably the plugin was updated and there might be some bug..you can just contact the developer directly..actually i use this multiple users plugin for my acewriters website – works perfectly and all writers see what others have written..though the plugin has been updated for more than 2 years, it works fine and think it will work well for your purposes
