I installed https://nl-be.wordpress.org/plugins/members/ and created a new role, for a new user, and gave him access to only one content type, anyway…

ALL plugins are not visible in the left toolbar EXCEPT CelerSearch that is still visible (showing an “authorized” error if I enter but menu entry is visible.

I suppose there is something missing there.
