yar, i have the same problem. But it isn’t a very big problem. You can just send those default passwords you set manually to them. It doesn’t take up too much of your time.

I’m having the same problem. When a new user registers for my blog site, they are not receiving an email with a temporary password. Where is the setting to enable this feature? Is it in a wp file, in the database? Where?
How do you configure this to work?

I’m running it on a Windows platform with no problems other than this. I did update to the latest version over the weekend without a problem and never actually tested the registration feature prior to the upgrade.
