Revolutionizing my "deployment"

I like to develop themes locally, but often find that I need to host a temporary development or staging version of the website for clients to view its progress. I finally got sick enough of having to manually curate both installs and made the leap into Git deployment with dploy.io, which worked amazingly.

While that made it a breeze to sync multiple installations with my master branch, it didn’t solve the issue of uploaded media, plugins or database structure that I needed from my local installation. I came across All-In-One WP Migration in some article listing the best migration solutions.

I’ve only used it once, but it worked ridiculously well, fast and easy.
