I have two WordPress blogs and a few months ago I installed All In One on both. One is working fine. The other one, I hadn’t tried to access for a few months. Now, I can post to that blog via the iOS app, but when I try to access my dashboard, all I get is “that page can’t be found.” Not an actual 404 from my server, just that error from WP. The files are all still there in my FTP.

I enabled debug mode and error logging for WordPress, and I’m not getting any useful messages. Nor is my host’s PHP error log providing any errors.

I tried to remove the All In One section from my .htacess file but that didn’t work (so I put it back). Is this possibly the plugin keeping me from accessing my dashboard and if so, how can I get in?

    Try the following:
    1) Do what you previously did and remove all of the AIOWPS entries in your .htaccess file.

    2) Using FTP, temporarily rename the “all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall” directory. (This will deactivate the AIOWPS plugin)

Then try accessing your dashboard. If you are still getting that error it is not the AIOWPS plugin causing that.

That didn’t fix it so I guess it’s not that. Thank you.

@katgamer did you try what @wpsolutions suggested? If you did and the error is still there then it has nothing to do with the plugin.

If that is the case can you mark this support thread as resolved.

    Thank you kindly
