Restoring data from backup export

    After restoring my site back to its orignal state using wp migration it has deleted all the woocommerce orders made in the two days in between. Now i have the backup file made when these orders were made(containing the orders) However, i have no idea how to retrieve them, i have managed to unpack the .wpress file but can anyone help where this information would be located?

    It is in database.sql file. You can import it via PHPMYADMIN in a database, then extract the data that you need.
