    We have this plugin installed and we had an issue with something not working.

    Like all plugins, there are a plethora of people out there with no clue of what they are doing and plugin creators have to create a method of weeding out the clueless to get to the folks who actually have an issue with the plugin itself – or with how wordpress deals with the plugin.

    Once I got through that process, I got the plugin owner – Dave and his support team working on the issue directly and they identified the problem – NOT the plugin, but how WordPress was dealing with the plugin.

    They gave advice and their solution worked. Good plugin, responsive support.

    Use this Plugin! These people are doing it right. 🙂
