responsive download problem

    I am interested in using the premium responsive table, but hewn I download it it only has

    tablepress-responsive-tables.php
    tablepress-responsive.css
    tablepress-responsive.min.css

    don’t see a zip file to be able to install as a plugin.

    Help….
