Reset Password not working

    We have been trying to reset passwords and it keeps on saying not allowed, contact the admin.
    What should I do?

    Hi @aleoba1

    there’s a server-side configuration issue. Please contact your hosting provider and let them know that there’s a forbidden error on your site when trying to submit the Reset Password form.
