Requesting A Preview Function in Theme Editor (Under Design)

    There should be a Preview function in the Theme Editor. Either that or there should be an Undo function. Barring those, it would be nice to have an automatic backup or revisioning.

    The way it is, if you make a mistake in editing the php, you’ve maybe created an even bigger problem for yourself.

    I agree… I’ve spent the past few days trawling through this forum desperately trying to find an answer. I’ve installed the theme-preview plugin that is great for viewing another theme, but the editing issue still remained…

    This morning though, I found this… theme-test-drive which looks like a better & easier option…

    Ok, just had a quick play with this and it looks as though the editing issue still remains 🙁

    Come on WordPress this forum is FULL of queries about this issue!!!
