Not sure if there is one, but it might be worth emailing the developer of that plugin?
There is a plugin which allows users to report inappropriate comments called Report Comments, which I found out about on this site, which you might be interested in reading as it’s asking for something similar to your request.
There is a plugin for doing this job. Actually i am already in it second release and keep working on it, almost every day.

Ok, I have looked and Looked and Looked but I couldn’t find anything. SO, I contacted a developer Milan Petrovic who developed the GD Star Rating Plug-in and I asked him to develop one for me at my own expense which he did.
