It seems you are using Jetpack to enhance your comments section, and therefore the default comment section of Donovan is deactivated.
You have to disable the Jetpack module to restore the original comments.

No , you dont understand me there are no reply options in comments.
Have you deactivated them in the WordPress settings?
Please go to Settings > Discussion and make sure that you have enabled nested comments with at least 2 levels deep.
