Replacing checkout with send for query

Hey guys, Im sort of new to all of this.

Basically I will be wholesaling and not retailing, so I will need to switch off the prices on my products and will need a button that says ‘add to query’ (instead of add to cart) or something along that line – then after will need the cart/query to send as an email to me so i am able to give a price based on what products they choose and quantity. Im currently using the Wootique theme alongside Woocommerce. Paid and free plugins are welcome.
