Tried to rename the new service created and save it but failed to get the name changed. Could you please help?

Hi, @lifetechie123 have you tried to turn on compatibility mode on inside EA Settings > Customize page?

I am having a similar same issue. Where/how do I change all instances of the word ‘Workers’ to ‘Account Managers’ on the front-end (visitor/live view) of the site?

Hi @nimbix I will suggest that you create own version of translation file. By doing that you can alter all labels in EA 🙂
