rename read more

Hello, i use this free theme: https://wordpress.org/themes/diarjo-lite/

and i would like to rename the “Read More” function. Currently it shows only 3 dots in brackets but i want to change that to a custom text. I tried to edit content.php file but there is nothing about read more. So where can i find files to edit which includes read more.
