Removing old contact information

    Hello, I installed template 1191 3 and can’t find how to remove the default address and phone numbers on the “Contact Us” page. The old information is:
    The Company Name Inc.
    8901 Marmora Road,
    Glasgow, D04 89GR. Freephone: +1 xxx xxx xxxxTelephone: +1 xxx xxx xxxxFAX: +1 xxx xxx xxxxE-mail: mail@demolink.org</
    I want to remove all of this and just have the visitor type into the Contact Form.
