Removing extra padding on left

Hello, I’m trying to remove the white padding below, but I can’t just seem to do it. I’ve uploaded a picture to let you know what I mean

I’m trying to make it so that this padding (or border) moves more to the right of the page.

This is the code that I’ve implemented to add the border around my content

I have spent much more time than I’ve thought I would, I would and I still can’t seem to remove the padding.
