??? Removing Code From Header.php ???

Hello I’m trying to get some help on which lines of code to remove from the code in the header.php for my theme. my site is http://truepawdogtreats.com The reason for this is I want only one home page on my site. one of the pages came as a template with the theme but was unable to edit. So I created a new one titled home as a static page. I only need the one page so I can edit as my home on a regular site non blogging. From what I have read i need to remove some code from the header.php in the editor. I have tried this unsuccessfully I appreciate your help. This is my code for the header
