Remove Title from Slider

Me again! Is there any way to make the image box of the featured post/page slider bigger?

The site has an Under Construction landing page – to get around it and view, go to:
http://laddcomm.com/wp-admin
Username = Testing
Password = laddcommtest

Then select “Visit Site” in the upper left hand corner.
