    Hi Mike,

    I got the required information from a facebook group. I am using Divi theme from Elegant Themes. Divi has already got an option to disable sidebar from the shop page. My problem is solved.

    I had this same question and am also using Divi. Anyone who also uses Divi the option is located in Theme Options -> General. (at least as of 3.0.15)
