Remove excerpts from lists posts under a category

Hi, I’m a beginner at this. My website has lists of posts shown under a series of categories. This displays on the webpage as the name of the post followed automatically by an excerpt of the first paragraph of the post. When you click on the post you get to see the whole post.

I’m happy with this set up, but for one of the categories I want to show only the list of post names and not the excerpts. This is because there are a lots of posts in that category and I’d like to show more on the page.

How do I do this?
