REMOVE DEFAULT TEXT IN THEME

bought a theme called “feather” from elegantthemes.com. it says the word feather in the upper left hand side of the screen. i don’t see any field in epanel or dashboard where i can remove this text. how can i remove this, and replace it with the text I do want there? please help. thank you.
