Hmm. Looks like there is not. You can replace a book cover but you cannot remove one. This is the first time someone has asked for this feature.
A workaround is to replace the book cover with a transparent .png file.
I’ve created one for you at:
http://www.authormedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/blank-cover.png
This will create an invisible book cover which will appear to human visitors as no book cover at all.

Hello,
Yes i understand your workaround.
But the little code i’ve developped, take care about the default image (set in the MBT interface when a cover is not set)
I will use the default book cover.
