Remove Buddypress bar/replace with page?

    I love Buddypress but find the admin bar obtrusive, especially with my template. Has anyone figured out a way to confine Buddypress to be accessible only through a page menu item? I would love for it to integrate with the rest of my site seamlessly, but as it stands, the admin bar sits over the top of my header.
