To find out where messages are coming from, try:
– deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
– If that does not help, then try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Twenty, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
thank you for your answer. But I already know where the notifications come from, only I was wondering if it was possible to disable these notifications so that they can’t appear on the dashboard without disabling the plugin.

Why don’t you tell us where they are coming from?
these are notifications of already installed plugins. they are legitimate, there is no problem, what I’m asking is if we can avoid having their posts on the main WordPress dashboard each time because I find that it clutters up the display.
