The “How to uninstall your software” post is indeed post number 3125.

Relevanssi does not index any URLs for the posts. This is all happening in your theme. The search results template in your theme gets the permalink to the page from WordPress, and Relevanssi is generally not involved in the process.

What does your search results template use to get the permalink? Does it use the_permalink() or something else?

    Hi,

Yes, I check the search results template and it does use the_permalink() function to get the URL.

Is there something else that could affect this? Any other plugins that might be involved here? If you disable Relevanssi, are the links still the same, or does that fix the permalinks?

    Hi, @msaari

This issue only appears on posts from BetterDocs, all other posts are OK. So I ask on BetterDocs support form instead, see this https://wordpress.org/support/topic/why-permalink-looks-like-p3123/#post-15916342

Yes, looks like this is about something that BetterDocs does. Hopefully, they can help you out. I tried installing BetterDocs on my test site. At least with the default settings, the permalinks turned out fine for BetterDocs documents.

    Hi, @msaari

Thank you for taking time to do the test. My problem is solved.

I find out the problem is that I use Asset Cleanup Pro to unload BetterDocs on all pages except those in a format https://www.datanumen.com/knowledgebase/xxx, which causes the problem.

Hope my experiences will be helpful to others with similar issue.
