Release notes for 2.3.1?

    I’m not quite ready to upgrade to 2.3.1 as I just installed 2.3 a week ago and I am seeing a lot of problems. What I’d like to see are some release notes for this release, but I can’t seem to find any. Release notes would be really helpful in helping determine whether or not people want to upgrade.

    Are there any out there?
