I had to deactivate all my plugins at the FTP, and reinstall them one by one. I have already bought the premium, how do I get a new installation?

    Hi @L8Larsson,

I'd be happy to help, but I'm a little unsure about what you're asking. It sounds like you've accidentally deleted Optimizer, and would like another copy. Is this correct?

If so, simply send me an email with your PayPal receipt to the address on the main plugin page, and I'll send you through another copy. If not, could you please elaborate on the issue you're experiencing?

    Cheers,
    Mark.

    Hi Mark,

Yes, I had problem with my wp-installation, and had to reinstall all the plugins. It didn't work to just upload them again from my backup.

I want to show galleries with 3 picture at each row, by using a shortcode. But now it looks like this: http://www.naturglimten.se/personalen/ I guess I need the premium to use the shortcodes.

    Regards Lotta

    Hi Lotta,

I've been having a look at your gallery page, and it appears the problem is that in the process of re-installing everything, you've updated to NextGEN v2.0.xx.

NextGEN 2.0 has been rewritten from scratch with an entirely different architecture, and is for the most part a completely different plugin from the original codebase Optimizer was written for.

I've been hard at work rewriting Optimizer for NextGEN v2.0 (including backwards compatibility for the original codebase), and I should have this ready for release shortly. If you require NextGEN optimization in the meantime however, I would recommend rolling-back to the latest version of the original codebase (v1.9.13), which is also currently faster and more stable.

You can find the download at the following link...
    http://wordpress.org/plugins/nextgen-gallery/developers/

    And here's a good step-by-step guide...
    http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/how-to-rollback-a-version/

Important note: You'll want to make sure you backup your entire database and gallery folder before reverting.

With the correct NextGEN codebase, the Basic version of Optimizer you're using now should work just fine for what you're wanting to achieve.

    I hope this helps!

    Cheers,
    Mark.

    Hi Mark,

Thank you for your comprehensive answer. Now the page looks exactly as I want.
I hope that future updates make it possible with the same layout.

Thanks for your response and your time.
