Registration Plugin

What Im looking for if anyone knows of any is a WordPress plugin that has a registration feature. I can make events and than people can sign up for the events. I was put in charge of making a website for a guild in World Of Warcraft and need a way to sign up people for events anyone know of any plugins or any scripts for this matter.
