• Website has a registration page for events. The fields are currently uneditable. I have another website with registration capability also and I can update all fields (demographics, type of event, etc) I am the user – not the webmaster. Is this something that can be easily resolved?

  • Hi myriamloor.

    The fields are currently uneditable.

Meaning you can’t enter data into the form fields? I just brought up the registration page on your link in Chrome, Firefox and Edge and was able to enter data into every field.

BD, I am sorry I didn’t explain too well. Fields work fine for users when they register, but when I log in to the admin page I can’t make any updates. At times a runners emails me “My name is wrong, can you correct it?” and I can’t. I have been able to do it with my other website http://www.celebratelifehalfmaraton.com but not this one.

I am the user – not the webmaster.

when I log in to the admin page

Bad assumption on my part. I figured if you weren’t the webmaster then you wouldn’t have admin access. If it’s a problem in the admin area I think I’d check with the Gravity Forms Support group and see if they have any suggestions.

Thank you and again, I apologize for the confusion. I am not the webmaster but do have the admin rights. Thank you again. I’ll check with Gravity Forms support
