Register link not working – php wp_register();

    The login and logout links show up but not the register link. I am using <?php wp_register(); ?> to invoke the register link in the sidebar. When I logout and refresh the screen the register the only link I see is login.

    Have u checked the “Membership” link on General Settings? U must select one choice otherwise the link will not appear… I had the same problem before and only after one whole nite without sleep that I was able to solve it. Good luck!

    Follow this link is for MU but it is the same criteria…

    having the same problem and yes, membership settings both checked in settings. BUTTTT guess what? u gota log out as an admin for Register to appear….stupid me…why would an admin need to register? seems WP is smarter than me!!!
