If you need to translate your registration form to another language, you can integrate WPML with Ultimate Member.Please note that you need to adjust the configuration in WP. Please follow this link for instructions on the integration:

By the way, the question what I ask was just not to translate a registration form to another language.
What I mean is that I would like to register in the first name field or username field in Korean letters not English letters. I tried it several times but I couldn’t. It couldn’t register in Korean letters. I would like to get a only name of Korean letters from my customers.
So, is there any way to do that?
