Regenerate Thumbnails Plugin Need Help Please

My blog is MomReviews. I installed the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and activated it. I went into Media settings and changed the sizes of the thumbnails from 80 x 80 to 100 x 100 and saved the changes.

Now what? How do I get the plugin to run and change all the thumbnails? Thanks in advance for the help!
