    Hi,

    I had a mysterious order that shows as refunded, no one refunded this, paypal says everything is ok with the order (no refunds were made on their part) and yet it shows as refunded. And the refund was made by me, but I didn’t do it… so how could that be??

  • If no payment was refunded or deducted from your account then may be you have marked it as refunded while marking it as completed in the order section,

    The problem is that this happened while I was not online. It was a day I spent the whole day out doing other stuff and didn’t even turn on the computer, let alone work on the site…. So it is a big problem because something was automatically changed using my username… do you see where I’m coming from? And I am just an admin, I don’t deal with the orders… so I never perform any action with the orders…

    Not sure if you got to the bottom of this, but any notes on an order that are logged against a username can only happy because of that user.

    Does anyone else know your login at all? Does anyone use the WooCommerce iOS app with permissions granted to your user? That would also explain what happened.
